The goal: a $6 million permanent endowment to support Mathworks' three pillars - Summer Math Programs, Teacher Professional Development, and Curriculum Research & Development.
We believe that developing math abilities at an early age is critical to achieving success in algebra and more advanced math. We seek to establish permanent support for programs that challenge older students and expand interest and skill in math among younger students through summer math camps, teacher development, and an innovative math curriculum that is being implemented in Texas schools.

Kodosky Foundation Match Challenge
In November of 2010, Jeff & Gail Kodosky of Austin donated $300,000 to establish the Kodosky Foundation Mathworks Endowment. In addition, they issued a $1.2M challenge match. Thanks to this visionary pledge, donations to the Mathworks Legacy Campaign were matched dollar for dollar. This match challenge was completed in December of 2014!
